Moritoh Japan's "Mold Magic" features a thinly molded base and hook, allowing for a reduced thickness when combined with loops, ensuring that the fit of the components is not compromised. We offer three sizes of hooks: large, medium, and small, as well as three materials: nylon, polyester, and polypropylene. This allows for a total of nine combinations available for your selection. For installation methods, we provide adhesive processed products (polyester, polypropylene), welded fixation, and sewing (nylon, polyester). *Please evaluate and select the installation method carefully. As a hook-and-loop fastener, it can be installed more easily than ropes and can be reused multiple times. Since it does not use a urethane-based back coat agent, it is self-extinguishing and passes combustion tests for automotive and aerospace applications that evaluate flame retardancy.

The "hook and loop fastener" handled by Morito Japan is a high-heat-resistant fastener that uses PPS fibers in almost all the threads of the hook part, loop part, and base fabric part. Even after being left in a high-temperature environment (250°C) for 24 hours, the engagement strength (shear strength) retains over 80%. Additionally, since it is primarily made of PPS fibers and does not use the polyurethane back coating agent typically required for standard fasteners, it is self-extinguishing and passes automotive flammability tests (FMVSS-302 horizontal method) and aircraft flammability tests (FAR.PAT25.853a vertical method). 【Features】 ■ Uses PPS fibers in almost all threads of the hook part, loop part, and base fabric part ■ Self-extinguishing due to the absence of back coating agents ■ Passes automotive and aircraft flammability tests ■ Produces extremely low smoke emissions during combustion ★ "Hook and loop fastener" is a registered trademark of Kuraray Co., Ltd. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
